Omar Rodriguez: Technical Service Manager
Omar joined Precision Copier in 1990. In his position as the Service Manager for the last 9 years, he oversees all aspects of the technical and service issues of the business. His leadership is the main reason for the continued success of the PCS’s service team, which is recognized among his peers as top of the line. Omar is also in charge of the quality assurance and quality control process which all copiers go thru before delivery. He personally tests all machines before they go out and does most set-up’s and key-ops on the majority of delivered business equipment. Prior to joining PCS’s team, Omar ran Baptist Hospitals Copier Division. He holds a degree in Electronic Technology and is factory trained on numerous business machines. He is also responsible for scheduling all training of PCS technicians and maintaining all factory certifications up to date on all current models.
Janet Hernandez: Office Manager
Janet joined the Precision Copier family in 2004 and since then has become the backbone of the company. Janet is responsible for organizing and coordinating daily office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness. She makes it possible for other employees to function efficiently. Aside from running office operations Janet also, is the head of the Accounting Department and also has a background in sales. Janet oversees administrative functions, accounting procedures and human resources and all operations pertaining to accounts receivable and billing for sales and contracts. Working closely with customers to ensure the company meets their demands is also very important to her. Her experience and input assures the customer will get the best deal. Janet has built a strong relationship with our customers and strives in providing the best service.
